Refund & Return Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason — whether the item is defective, doesn't fit your needs, or you simply changed your mind — as long as it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging.

How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at chandhdt5@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days and we'll ship the correct item or provide a full refund.

Non-Defective Returns
For returns not related to damage or defect (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed), once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw 
from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving 
any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at chandhdt5@gmail.com within 
14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement that you 
wish to withdraw from the contract.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments 
received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. We may withhold 
the refund until we have received the returned goods back, or you have 
supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. 
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the 
item is defective or incorrect.
